This book A Monster Calls by Patrick Ness is such a profound and touching read. There are no words my mind can summon to fully explain the impact this book has left on me after reading it so I won't even try. Beautifully written with characters who's truths are so much like anyone who has experienced such a loss as Conor O'Malley has. I'm happy to have taken this walk with Connor and his monster on a journey through grief and acceptance.  *****
